Who We Are

 

The Acorn Lawn Tennis Club is a small friendly Club providing year-round tennis facilities for people of all standards and ages. We are affiliated to the LTA and the Middlesex Tennis Association.

The Club is located at the Arnold House School Activity Centre, Donnefield Avenue, just  around the corner from Canons Park Station.

There are six courts that have recently been re-laid with the latest all-weather artificial grass surface in delightful surroundings.

The Club offers social and competitive play, running one men's and one ladies team in the Middlesex league and organising events throughout the year.

Social playing times are Sunday, Wednesday and Friday mornings; Saturday afternoons; Monday and Wednesday evenings through the spring and summer, subject to any events being held by the Club or School. Members can play at other times but should check first with the Secretary. Prospective new members are welcome to join us at any of these times. Guests and prospective members can join us at £3 per session (up to 3 sessions) which will be refunded if they join the Club.

We organise additional social events to encourage our Members to interact in a different environment.
